This roofing company was soliciting my neighbourhood this summer for roof repairs. I was already in need of shingles & eaves replacement, and they gave me a good offer. The crew was composed of about 5 men, and they worked quickly to get the job done in before nightfall. They replaced ventilation louvers, installed base sheeting & shingles, and the cleaned the grounds after. Decent (not excellent) work completed.

I tried this company's duct cleaning services for the first time. They were professional, efficient and knowledgeable. It was apparent that they specialize in their field and know what they are doing. Very satisfied and would recommend.

On Dec 20/2011, I purchased a deal voucher for $99 for Unlimited Driveway and Walkway Snow Ploughing Service Including Salting for the 2011/12 Winter Season from Graham Services ($639 Value). Details of the deal: "Once voucher is redeemed your property will be scheduled automatically for snow removal every time it snows more than 3cm. Driveways and walkways will be salted after ploughing. Servicing locations in the Greater Toronto Area including Brampton, Oakville and Mississauga, inclusive of all surrounding small municipalities. Properties will be spot checked once a day. After you purchase your voucher, you simply register online at www.grahamservices.ca. After you are registered, Graham Services will show up at your home after a snowfall that is over 3cm. The average time frame for snow removal following a snowfall would be 1-3 hours. Cannot be redeemed before Friday, December 23, 2011." I will confirm that: 1) I paid for the voucher on Dec 20/2011; 2) I redeemed my voucher on the Graham Services website as specified on the deal and I also called the company several times in attempt to verbally confirm, but no one answered; 3) my property is located within their specified perimeters, as per the map provided by the deal website; 4) I redeemed my voucher after the redemption date of Dec 23/2011. So, all the parameters at my end of the deal were complete and correct. Yesterday evening, we received the first snowfall of the season. I measured the snow on my driveway at nearly 5 cm. NO ONE HAS SHOWN UP AT ALL, and it is now 28 hrs after the snowfall. I couldn't even shovel the driveway myself, as the snow has frozen over. I called Graham Services, and still no answer. I even contacted the deal website, who said they would attempt to contact Graham Services for me. No one got back to me. I am definitely not satisfied, nor would I recommend this unreliable company to anyone.

I hired a house inspector from Pappas Home Inspections Inc when I purchased my home. The inspector that came was through, and took approximately 2.5 hours to do a walk-through of my home. He sat down with me at the end and provided detailed information on the findings and gave me a binder with useful information. Satisfied & would hire again.

Our consultant was very helpful during the home walk-through process, and provided an in-depth report at the end to reveal energy saving opportunities. Satisfied & would use again!

Installation was completed by two men in under 6 hours. Service men were friendly, thorough and efficient. Overall decent, no complaints. I've had the furnace installed for two months now and it's working fine.
