I know nothing about garage door openers and was hesitant calling a service person. I checked Home Stars and Steve had glowing reviews which he very much lived up to. He checked and greased all the different parts of the door opener instructing me at the same time. He was very thorough, very business-like and a delight to meet. I highly recommend Steve. Shaffini from TrustPro installed my garage door opener. From the very beginning he was extremely helpful. I had no idea what I was going to do. Shaffini told all the options with features of the models and prices. He left it to me to make the final decision. He was running late the day of the installation. He was extremely considerate and called me twice concerning his arrival. He looked over the old opener and indicated a problem with a part that was going to remain. He fixed it for me. The installation went smoothly. There was a wifi feature and I couldn't remember the password, he encourage me to find it because it was part of the installation. I found the, Shaffini set it up. I'm glad because that feature is cool! When he had completed the installation he showed me all the features and how to operate them. He left the garage very neat.
