From the first call to Trust Pro and having them come to the house for an installation and door adjustment – this is a well organized and professional company.

The appointment and scope of work beforehand and on the day of the appointment he confirmed the time the technician would arrive. As the technician was delayed at his earlier job, Shaffni came out to do the job himself instead of rebooking the appointment.

He was very thorough in his job with the install and adjustment of the door and then explained the setup and ensured everything was setup and operational and that we knew how the door functioned and the controls.

Amazing job done by Shaffni with the installation of two Chamberlain Belt Drive Garage Door openers I needed to be installed. He was very professional, courteous, and timely. He got the job done perfectly, took the time to run the wires as cleanly as possible, calibrated the doors, synced up the remotes, and walked me through the wifi setup and functionality. Very satisfied with the experience and appreciated the helpful maintenance tips.
