WOW! I have rarely experienced this level of customer service and care. After they completed the most effective and thorough duct cleaning I have ever had, I told them to call me in 3-4 years for the next one. They were completely honest and are the first and only duct cleaning company that told me it was not necessary to have them cleaned that often and not to have it done for another 5-6 years. They sent me a lovely letter with a $10 cheque in it! Apparently their rates went down shortly after my job was competed. WOW!!! I have already recommended them to 2 people.
