The American Standard installed in the house had numerous issues that I finally got fed up with trying to fix. I decided to replace it with a better quality unit and selected a Toto Drake. Pete's journeyman plumber Ethen arrived in the scheduled time window , easily took out the old USELESS toilet and installed the the new TOTO. He ensured that there were no leaks by spending a few extra minutes confirming everything was good. He also reviewed other bathrooms for possible future toilet replacement. I were very impressed with the entire shopping experience at the showroom and with Ethan's installation.

I have been having drainage issues with the gutters on the garage. Water was not making it to the downspouts and was acting as a water fountain for birds. As well when originally installed one downspout drained uphill. The Patrol came out on stated time and reviewed the work required, made suggestions to improve what I had thought and provided me an estimate. Work was completed the next day in a professional and timely manner. The gutters are now draining fully and one has been re-routed away from the garage foundation. THANK YOU GUTTER PATROL!

We wanted some dimmer switches installed inside five rooms as well as install multiple outlets that had been pre-wired in the garage. As well these lines needed to be connected to the circuit breaker panel. Terin promptly responded to my post and arrived on time of our appointment. He was very efficient in completing the dimmer installation AND the garage outlets. He also labeled all circuits on my previously unmarked box.
