We had used Torwin previously to install a bay window. We were very happy with the job, and so used them again to replace all the windows in our house this November. The windows were ready and installed within the time limit we were given when we got the estimate. The installers were very careful about taking the old windows out. Except for 2 very tiny spots, there was no damage to the drywal in the home, and we only had to paint the new trim. The installers were very pleasant and helpful, and always cleaned up at the end of the day. Even my painter was impressed with how neatly the job was done, and he told me he has had some pretty bad experiences in having to fixing walls up when other companies have installed windows. We also had a new covering put on top of the aluminum over the bay window, so that we would not have to keep painting this area when it chipped. The job was done beautifully. I have already recommended this company to my family and friends, and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.
