We had to call a plumber to unplug a clogged drain in the shower which was connected to our toilet. Roto rooter came out within a few hours and promptly fixed the clog. They even gave us tips on how we can prevent clogs in the future. I would recommend roto rooter to all my friends and family.
Misc house projects (Desks, bedframes, shelving)
I had a few "honey-do" projects to complete around the house. First off I had to build a desk for my son. I went to the local "big box" store and could not find anyone to help me or cut the lumber I needed. I preceed to go to Rona down the street from me and was greeted by a few staff members asking if I needed help. The Rona staff were very friendly and offered great advise and tips for my house projects. I ended up buying lots of lumber, some milled wood, some hardware (screws, brackets) and some wood stain and urethane.

Went to Dickson HH because they have always provided great advice and their products are always top notch. I have been going to this store for over 8 years and will continue to go there because of their great product knowledge. I wish more stores had the mom and pop feeling. Note: I bought 7 gallons of premium paint for my house.
