We bought a glass shower door from Roman Bath Centre a few years ago. After less than a year the door started to malfunction. I went back to the store with pictures and spoke to them about it. At first, they were somewhat helpful. They put me in touch with an associate that would contact me. After tons of emailing back and forth they decided it was the manufacturers problem not theirs. They were supposed to connect me with the manufacturer rep. Never happened. Fortunately for them I got tired and decided to live with it.

Prior to putting my house on the market I wanted to clean the grout in my kitchen and front hall. Since I was running out of time I didn't want to spend a huge amount of time scrubbing my floor grout. Called few other companies and got outrageous quotes. Pro green said they would do it for a minimum of $200. Setting up the appointment was the only sore point as their truck broke down the morning of the appointment. We had to reschedule. Floors turned out great. Should have done it years ago.

Tony's flooring has a huge amount of large remnants in the back. Ask to see them. I was looking to carpet my basement stairs and got a gorgeous wool carpet for a fraction of the cost I would have paid elsewhere. The install was seamless.

I have framed many items at soho. They are personable and extremely helpful. Quality of frames is amazing and it has really made inexpensive art look amazing. I really miss their Etobicoke location. Service is fast and dependable. Don't forget to checkout their used frames they will cut them down for you. A great way to save.
