It's funny that one of the two rating questions was asking "How likely are you to recommend this company to your mother?" because, in fact, I already did. After Boris inspected our home and we agreed on the price, which was roughly $2000 better off the another quote we had got from one of the big companies for the exact same product, Fred came by the day I scheduled the installation and by the end of the day the job was done. My wife and I couldn't be happier! The furnace is now quiet and the baby does not wake up any more because of the noise. Not to mention all the money we saved and the better warranty Boris has provided us with at no extra cost. And my mom was very pleased as well with the service she received in having her humidifier installed. She was all worried, like mothers usually are, and of course she didn't believe when I said she doesn't have to worry but in the end, she couldn't be happier. I always wondered how could everybody that deals with the guys from Cozy World be so happy but after having dealt with them myself I could only say it's been a pleasure!
