Bogdan, Carlos and specifically Ivan, Axel & Andrii did an amazing job with my project! The previous owners decided to level the backyard that was previously on a slope and make it flat but they were not professionals and had no idea how to put a proper drainage system in or build a proper wood fence/retaining wall and so after many years it was starting to buckle. Bogdan's team gave a very fair price given the challenges they had to work with and were very patient with us and knowledgable & answered all our questions. We were very nervous and afraid once the project started but they helped us along the way as this was such a huge project and undertaking! They were always on time and worked very hard and beyond professional! They did such an amazing job that we changed specifications along the way and Bogdan worked hard to give us options that worked within our budget so that we could appreciate the amazing work they did! I would not hesitate to use them again and would highly recommended them! Unfortunately my retaining wall is situated such that I cannot see most of it only the fence about but trust me, they did such an amazing job the photos wouldn't do it justice. I'll write another review in a few months and later on in the year to give an update.

Good Job but some things to note that I was a bit bothered with. Electrician that was vetted by Adept didn't clean after himself and left a mess all on my washroom counter and bathtub. Didn't even bring a broom to sweep up the mess he made and asked to borrow my broom. GC didn't have the right equipment with her and left for a couple of hours to get the polyfill, sandpaper and equipment to patch up all the holes that were made. Didn't come with the proper ladder so lent them my ladder so they could get into my attic to attach the duct connecting fan to port. All this was conveyed in my order and yet didn't show up with the proper equipment that I would expect if you are paying someone to do the work and they were also late a few times. What I was told was going to be 1 day job with maybe some minor touch ups turned out to be 3 visits. Had I not been working at home this would have turned into a long drawn process which isn't idea during COVID. I am happy it's done and they did a decent job but had a higher expectation considering the great reviews I read and the great photos I've seen of their work.
