We had a meter connection catch fire and send smoke into the basement. Fire crew turned off the power and required a licensed electrician come to diagnose and repair. Muhammed arrived quickly and worked efficiently. Managed to fix a few other problems I didn't know about as well. It took a couple of visits to complete the work, in each case appointments were made and kept right on time. Our meter is fixed and the panel is in good order now. It's not a cheap service but the prices are clear and the work is excellent.

After another roofing company kept me on the hook for weeks without showing up, I finally called Mr Roof Repair in desperation. They came quickly, did a very thorough evaluation which turned up many more related issues than the original evaluation by the no-show company, and then fitted me in for the repair work within a couple of days. It was a bigger job than I'd expected because there was much more that needed work than I'd thought, but I was very pleased with the thorough and speedy work.

I was pleased with the prompt service, willingness to find a convenient time in a narrow window of opportunity, and clarity of explanation from the service person. I had a clogged toilet, rather old, and the service person gave me a range of options, explaining fully what would be involved in each one. In the end, given that the toilet was old and various bits needed to be replaced anyway, I elected to replace the whole thing. This was much more than I'd expected to spend on a clogged toilet, but I think a pretty good outcome all things considered. The entire visit took less than 2 hours, including assessment, exploration, and, of course, installing the new toilet. I would use this company again, but of course, I hope I won't have to!
