disposal stopped dead in its tracks, so I called around and Pete the Plumber were the only ones to take a moment and talk "TO" e and not AT me. They were cautious with telling which price I should get until I asked what would you tell your wife? After admitting it was X-wife, he said for her to get the cheapest one! What would you tell your Mom? He said the medium price with a better warantee, etc. NEXT up, DELIVERY. While I had to wait two weeks top get the product in, "JIMMY" came to my house - phoning first to say could he come two hours earlier, I was thrilled as then I could get on with my day! He was not the more than 15 minutes - out with the old and in with the new (super quiet) garbage disposal. he told meabout warranty and how to register the product and then he was off! Absolutle fantastic. I told him I would not give a 5 star as no one believes them, but I am going too and hope you good people reading this will know I cannot tell a fib! GREAT SERVICE!!! Thanks fellas! A happy "MOM"!!!

During the recent cold freeze, my furnace shut down. I awoke to a temperature of 9 degrees! Without a moment's hesitation, Harmony was asking what they can do and how fast do I need them! I told them first thing in the morning, and Rob was at my door with bells on at 8:00 AM, fixed the problem and out the door in less than an hour! I have unfortunately had the need to call on Harmony twice in the last few months due to small and inexpensive issues not related to one another, and Harmony Team have never failed to supply the service and the cost savings I never expected, but joyfully accepted! This is a company with integrity from the receptionist taking my calls to the service team who come to my home. Bravo to you all, and many thanks!!!

I just wanted to let you know how pleased I was with the amazing quality service of Terin. His challenges with the lighting fixture notwithstanding, he remained optimistic and helpful in providing me with a variety of suggestions on how to make it right. His personality and good nature was only exceeded by his professional attitude in competing the tasks at hand. I cannot tell you how much I appreciated everything that he did to remedy the situation quickly and efficiently! While this repair work due to the flood from the roof has been long in being completed, the journey has been made so pleasurable by the quality of all of the workmen you have sent to me. Terin has truly been a great representative of the Real Canadian Electrical Co. Thank you so much for doing such an EXCELLENT job!!! Rest assured I will call again if and when I need work done!
