We got a new boiler 2 years ago from another company that cost us a bazillion dollars! Part of the package is that the other company is supposed to service the boiler if we have any issues. For 2 years, our house has not been able to heat up past 16 degrees in the winter. We had several service providers come from the other company to take a look, and all said there were no issues. We ended up attributing it to having faulty windows, as no one could find anything wrong with the boiler. Fast forward to this summer, we met Loren when he was recommended to us to install a new air conditioner (which he did for half the price we were quoted by several other companies). We so enjoyed his professionalism, reliability, speed, and friendliness, that we were sad when the AC was installed because it meant he wasn't coming over again! ;) THEN we called the other company who installed our boiler again this year to take a look at it. They told us that it was not a boiler issue, but something wrong with our handler. I called Loren after having had such a great experience with him in the summer. He took a look at the handler and said that wasn't the issue, and then spent 4 hours at our place looking at the boiler trying to figure out what was wrong with it. He stayed past 7pm because he didn't want us to be cold! He went through the entire handbook, and finally was able to figure out that the other company had configured the "dip switches" upside town (copying the handbook configuration bottom to top instead of top to bottom). This was *not* what we had called him over to do, but he cared so much about figuring out what was wrong because he values his clients so much. I was so blown away by his kindness and professionalism, and the reasonable price of his services at all times. Hire this man! (And his team at the office is lovely to work with. Angela - thank you, you're great!!!)

Aida and her team of three came to clean my 1200 square foot apartment this morning. I have never seen my house so spotless - I didn’t know it was possible to be this clean. They got every corner, book, cranny, and ledge (the cleaner the glass on my framed pictures, the dust on the ornaments displayed on my counter, etc...). They even arranged the pillows on my bed and couch to look nicer than I knew how to style them. I also left for a few hours so they could do it, and felt very comfortable leaving the team in my house - they were all very trustworthy! Thank you for an amazing job - I will definitely use your team again and recommend you to everyone I know! (Context: this was a single time, deep clean, which is why it cost a little more, and such a big team was here. They were here from 10am-2pm). For smaller / maintenance cleans, they provide a more affordable service)

Walter and his team painted by 2 level, 1200sq ft apartment last month. He was recommended to me by a real estate agent, and I couldn't have been happier. He was very knowledgeable, warning me that the colour I had initially chosen for my bathroom would make my floors look yellow. He suggested an alternative, that I went with, and it looks a million times better. The paint job was meticulous, and Walter is a pleasure to work with. He's reliable, friendly, and hilarious (lol!). I felt totally comfortable giving him my key and having him in my home for the 2-3 days the job took. I've already recommended him to a friend who had the exact same experience as me: 10/10. Couldn't recommend him more!
