Dont ever buy this cheap piece of crap. The front panel stuck out 3/8. Called the store and they insisted that this is what it was supposed to look like even the theres a huge gap at the door edge. Called customer service and they said NO, its wrong. So I took it apart and its so poorly made that the side fell off and the holes where the pins fit all broke. Impossible to fix. The directions were not clear and it didnt withstand being taken apart and even some of the screws didnt tighten. DONT GO TO THIS place. The salesman was really nice but he was unable to help. Told me to call customer service, who were supposed to get back but havent in weeks and say theyll call back but dont. They know that youll have to put your bathroom back together without them and have to go out and buy a new vanity elsewhere. Obviously dont stand behind their products.

Do NOT use this company. Careless movers who don’t wrap up furniture or strap it up and basically stuff everything in the truck putting expensive upholstered on dirty truck floor. I had 7 pieces of furniture with grease marks, scratched, gouged and broken. If you value your furniture DON’T use this company. And when you complain, the moving boys didn’t tell the truth and said they had covered and strapped everything. So how did a huge patch of grease get on the underside of my $9000 vintage chair? Or grease on other pieces. They are careless and now the company is making it difficult for me to get compensation. They are careless and took no responsibility and are giving me the run around.

First of all, we would like to apologize for not exceeding your expectations during the move. We take every complaint seriously and conduct an investigation. We are committed to customer satisfaction and are prepared to take full responsibility for any damages or fault of our company. 

Our repair guy has come many times to work on fixing damages inside and outside your house. Moreover, we provided you compensation for the damaged door that was much more than the value of the item costs and suggested you change all doors at our expense. 

Besides, we have always kept in touch with you to keep you informed about the process of repairing and compensating for damaged things. 

In the course of our last conversation, we agreed that you will find out how much it will cost to dry-clean your expensive chair and fix it because you did not trust us to do it ourselves. We waited for you to announce the amount to cover all costs, but instead, you decided that it was more important to write your review here.

We really tried to solve all the inconveniences caused to you by us during the move, but unfortunately, you did not give us such a chance, which we are very sorry for.
