Well, I am the type of person that likes to do my research when buying any product, That being said, I purchased a Napoleon Prestige|| from this same store 17 years ago and this unit still works today. We have larger parties now and decided it was time to upgrade our BBQ. After 17 years I know a new ownership has been changed after speaking with Bruce at the store. He told us everything we should know about both of our new purchases - warranty and rebates that were available and BBQ tips. Very professional and knowledgeable. Note some other stores did not tell us very much which made us go back to Bruce at the Rylander dealer store and made our new purchases. Delivery and assembly staff John and Zach (gas line installation guy) are very professional and very kind - spent detail time explaining the new BBQ and The Green egg. These these guys are all fantastic and very helpful with all kinds of helpful information. Gas line installed by Jake was done very clean and exactly what we wanted. We are very happy with our purchases and the customer service at the Rylander store and would definitely highly recommend it for purchases. We are planning to make other purchases with them in the near future.
