I hired ProRise last minute when my previous contractor cancelled my job the day before he was supposed to start. I had a tight timeline, and it was quite an emergency. Thankfully, Joseph at ProRise worked hard to ensure his company could take on my job, and complete it on my timeline, with extremely short notice. I hired ProRise to repair large portions of drywall, both walls and ceilings, after getting electrical work done. At the same time, I asked ProRise to remove the popcorn texture from our ceilings, and finish them with a smooth finish. Sergio was assigned to our job, and he did a fantastic job. He was a pleasure to work with, explained what was happening so I understood the process, showed up on time, did great work, and cleaned up at the end of every day. He took care not only of our property, but of the common areas of our condo building as well - without being asked. That's the level of service you can expect with ProRise - they really go above and beyond. I hope to get my walls painted soon, and when I do, I know who I will be calling: ProRise. Lucas is one of the most professional contractors I have ever had the pleasure of working with. He is reliable, easy (and fast) to communicate with, and clearly takes great pride in his work. From the initial estimate to final product, Lucas explained everything, and went out of his way to make the whole process easy and headache-free. Lucas really went above and beyond. He was very accommodating to my requests, and worked with me to tactically approach the leveling of my subfloor in such a way as to help save me a significant amount of money on the job.
