They were to supply and install an egress window in my basement. It took several weeks for the window to arrive. It was not complete since the outside is not finished so we are left staring at bare wood. The window does not stay open to allow air in. The contractor refused to work with the Boring company on requirements for the hole. Didn’t return phone calls. Worst customer service. Find someone else.
