My house is 27 years old the original windows were Pella. After having a bad experience with replacing a bay and bedroom window with Farley Windows - locks breaking and leaking rotting bay. My brother recommended Delorey & Levy. I called Delorey to get an estimate for the other windows and to repair the damaged bay he was prompt and on time for the appointment and gave a good quote for all the windows I wanted replaced. I had them replace two windows one in the Dining Room and the Bath Room. They did a great job cleaned up after so my wife didn't know they were there. After a year of no problems with their product I called and asked them to give be a quote for replacing a wide basement bedroom window and the upstairs Master. Delorey came out gave me a quote and date that they could do the job. (I asked them to make the MBR window lower and wider) The job was done again to our satisfaction. I just had them replace the Recroom patio door. Again great job. I would recommend them to friends without hesitation.

I had these windows installed These windows leaked through for some time and when I called the contractor Classic Roof they said call the company, I did and they said the As Long as you are the home owner warranty didn't cover that. WHAT the hell does it cover well nothing but the glass. Because the windows were leaking for some time without me noticing the window sill rotted from the inside out and now I have a mold smelly problem. My suggestion Is RUN like hell from this product. I will have to replace the whole window and sill for 4500 now. I have pictures to show the damage these windows have caused.
