I live in a condo, and despite my building being only 10 years old, my air conditioning stopped working. (The fan worked, but no cold air.) I had not worked with this company before, but they were located only a few blocks away so I gave them a shot. My two technicians were Matt and Nima. I was very impressed with their level of service. They came to my place a total of three times. The first time was a diagnostic appointment; they figured out what the problem was and what parts I needed. They came on a Friday afternoon, and they were willing to come back on Saturday morning – 16 hours later – with the necessary parts. I wasn’t available so we chose a different time. The second appointment they found that the replacement part didn’t work, and they actually needed a different, more expensive part. However, they did not charge me at all for this new part. They came a third time to install this new part – which worked perfectly – and they also topped up my Freon free of charge to make up for the inconvenience of a third appointment. I admit that I was surprised at the cost of the parts I needed, although one of them was a new controller board (pictured) that was head-and-shoulders superior to the old board. But these guys knew what they were doing, and I believe they treated me fairly. They certainly didn't want to come over three times. I’ll be going to them for any HVAC issues in the future.
