I met Patrick Scantlebury at the home show almost a year ago before we even had purchased our home, and he was provided lots of information and options about radiant heating systems. Many months later Patrick responded to a request for a pre-purchase visit to assess the basement and furnace issues. He outlined different options at various price points including radiant floor heating with a concrete topping. Patrick drew diagrams explaining how the system would work and provided a quote specifying the exact equipment and services to be provided. He was very responsive to questions and took care to ensure that I understood how the system would work and what to expect. The crew carried out the work in a polite, professional, and friendly way. Patrick dropped by several times to confirm that the work was progressing well and fine tuned the details along the way. The crew continued to follow up after the darotopp concrete was in to ensure that the heat was on and the control zones all worked. Patrick stopped by at the end for a final review and ensured that I got the receipt confirming the return of the rental water heater. I was very impressed by Patrick's total transparency about the options available and all of his support to enable us to make an informed decision. The Hydronics Team followed through all the way to completion, and even beyond by helping to troubleshoot a minor problem caused by other renovations.

Just took possession of a house and discovered raccoon(s)! Did some research and liked what I found out about GTA Wildlife Removal. They came by the next day and installed protective screening over two openings and added a humane trap with a one way door (plus a baby exit door). While they were there they also spotted and removed a wasp nest. They came back twice for further follow up at no extra charge. A few months later we encountered carpenter ants, so they were on the job again. Came by right away again for investigation and sprayed pyrethrine. Once again they offer free recall if the ants come back within a year. In both cases they were knowledgeable about the critters and preventative measures. Great job!
