I used the Homestars form to request a service and within minutes, Meisam replied. He was able to come out the next day. I heard the van pull up and went outside to see where he wanted to start and he was already in the backyard assessing the situation. I needed an old bbq removed and a new one installed as well as a gas fireplace inspection and cleaning as it was last done 10 years ago. He did these 2 tasks extremely quickly and even showed me thow to maintain my air conditioner. Great service, funny man. Would definitely rehire for future jobs.

Doug painted my basement after I renovated it. Additionally he painted my basement floor and stairs. He was prompt, neat, and tidy in his work as well as friendly and reliable. Looking forward to working with him again as he paints my main floor.

After being given a $10,000.00 estimate to fix a root problem in our drains (company was affiliated with Enbridge through our protection plan), we decided to get a second opition with WaterWorks. Craig came out promptly and suggested a much cheaper alternative - the application of Root X. This process worked really well and the drain is running freely. Craig was super professional. Owner called a few weeks later to check in with how the drains were. I appreciated the follow up.

We had a 35 year old livingroom set re-upholstered by Patrick Gorden recently (this was a couch, 2 chairs and an ottoman). The is the second time the set has been reupholstered and our previous experience with a different company was a disaster (shoddy, shoddy work at a great cost). Patrick took a little longer than expected to complete the work and in the future I would probably be more explicit in my expectations in that regard however the craftsmanship is stunning & impecable. I don't think I could ever be able to afford my own set if if were brand new on the market right now. I would recommend them to anyone!
