The heat exchanger in our 27 year old furnace cracked so it was time for a replacement. We decided to replace the air conditioner at the same time since it was over 25 years old so it made sense to do both at the same time. Michael came out the same day that we called him and provided quotes for a few options within a couple of hours. He was very knowledgeable about the products, the quotes were very reasonable and he was quick to respond to our emails. We confirmed we wanted to go ahead on a Friday and his crew were at our house Monday morning to install the furnace and A/C. The installers were very friendly and did a great job cleaning up at the end of the day. We are really happy that we chose McKinnon for the job.
