After we moved in, we found the workmanship to be of poor quality especially the flooring which is carpet and laminate. The follow up on our complaints took from several weeks to several months. They always tried to make the problem something we created nothing to do with them.

I am sorry to hear that you had bad experience with us. As you know, your new home warranty would have taken care of any problems you might have had. Poor workmanship is covered and you had the opportunity to approach Tarion New Home Warranty with any complaints. If you look at the Tarion Website - www.tarion.com - you can search for us and find that even though we have built hundreds of homes the last couple of years, we have no chargeable offences listed. There are not a lot of high volume builders that can claim this.
