Evgeny arrived on time and was very courteous and professional. He diagnosed the problem, explained it to me and then set out to repair it. Throughout, he was very professional; he clearly was knowledgeable and proficient and performed the repair in an expeditious manner. I was completely satisfied with the work performed and the manner in which it was done. I would recommend Evgeny to anyone.
