This is our second Zancor Homes purchase within 4 years. The first home we moved into was built really well. We love our house and the new floor plan. Only one issue. My backyard grass is totally shot. Not from homeowner neglect but from the time zancor installed the grass. Who installs grass in july when temperatures are above 28-32 degrees. There is no amount of water that can save the grass at that point. I have my water bill to prove that it was watered. Watering was done at 7am in the morning. The build of the home is solid and no complaints and the staff is very quick to help. I had to put $10.00 for service( no charge) The Angus south customer service is very quick in responding to emails but after going back and forth for a certain issue, a professional decision is made from pictures that I have taken and sent. Especially when it is a concern that water might be coming in under the slab in the basement and drying up and leaving a stain around a certain area.
