My hot water heater went out and I called a technician from Reliance to come check it out. He diagnosed the issue as the outlet it was plugged into being fried. I called AC Electrical to come check it out and Steven came and immediately identified it as a plumbing issue. Turns out our sewage ejector motor died and was causing issues with the outlet. Steven's immediate identification allowed me to call a plumber and have the issue resolved before I had sewage overflow into my basement.

While Steven was at my home I asked him to check out a few issues I had been wanting to have resolved. He replaced an exterior electrical outlet that had been left dangling out of the wall after we had some stucco replaced. He replaced the electrical outlet with a waterproof outlet and made sure to seal it to ensure no water would leak into the wall.

Steven was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and did a great job. Will definitely be calling him for future electrical work.

One of our pot lights in the kitchen has been out for awhile. Then the second of three went out. My brother in law took a look at the first one but it involved more than changing the bulb. Steven from AC electrical looked at the light and knew it was the transformer. He switched it out and checked out the second one - it just needed a new bulb. Steven was nice enough to update all three lights. He was very quick. Thanks Steven great work appreciated!

We had AC electrical to rewire the entire house. The house was built in 1934 and has walls of panels on first and second floor which we would like to preserve. This had made the job very complex. However, Hank, David and Nicolas were so experienced and professional, they did the job very smoothly and almost made it look easy. They drill minimal holes on the walls and ceilings to fish the wires through, which made the wall repairing a bit easier. Hank also made suggestion to put in pot lights and I’m very happy to have taken on his advice, the result was great. The guys also went above and beyond to help with the budget to same money wherever they could when the price was fair to begin with. The ESA believes in their work so much that they waived the inspection. The guys are great, the admin is great, overall a great company to work with.

I found AC Electrical Home Electrician on Home Stars. The customer service and communication was very professional. They run their business very well and have technology implemented with integrating phone/email notifications for appointments and estimated time of arrival.

They were able to answer all my questions over the phone in terms of what I was looking for. They sent out an electrician right away to do a estimate. The price was fair and they use registered/licensed and experienced electricians.

The work they did was installing new undercabinet sleek and slim puck lights, separate electrical line that is properly connected to the switch board, safely taking out existing range hood and induction cook top for a kitchen renovation that involves new counter tops and back splash. The prep work made it smooth for our separate contractors doing the quartz installation. Steven came back after to reinstall the existing appliances and everything worked properly. Went out of the way to correctly install the range hood vent connect to the outside ensuring there was no air leak. Provided sleek looking outlet covers to match the look of our new backsplash. Helped repositioned our existing outlet for the island that required disconnecting/reconnecting dish washer to get behind the underpart of the island for new outlet placement.

I was just going to get a second quote from AC but their service really impressed me and their quote was a little better. They could get the job done faster, were prompt and courtesy and the best part - they talked Hydro into not charging me $600 to come shut off the power so they could work. Awesome company to work with!

I called on Monday.Jan.25 to see if someone could come to my condo and give me a quote on restoring power in the unit,
