Ibram (not sure if spelled correctly) was the electrician. He was very professional, efficient, safety conscious and had good recommendations for the work to be done. The workspace was left very tidy. 10 led potlights removed and replaced with new led potlights with sealed housings for safety purposes due to the fact they were very close to the insulation.

Wow. Service at its best. The electrician was right on time and I didn't have to wait long for the service call. The electrician was very informative and gave us an understanding of what the problem was. If that wasn't enough, the officer manager called shortly afterwards to let me know that an error occurred in the pricing. It should have been less which resulted in a refund back of over $146. I didn't have to wait for the money to be returned to me. It was transferred back into my bank account the next day. Now ... I ask you ... How many companies do you know that are that honest? Really? The best part of the whole experience with AC Electrical is that they are down to earth and friendly people. They make you feel very important and special. The education received from the electrician to the customer service received will forever be remembered. I highly recommend AC Electrical.

One day, the lights and all outlets in a bedroom no longer worked. I called a couple of top electricians on Homestars, and AC was the only one that was able to provide someone the same day! Ebbi showed up and did his work in an hour, fixing everything! He was highly professional, methodical, and even capped off an old wire I was worried about. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend AC.

Wonderful service. I called in the morning and they were available for the afternoon the same day! The technician Abraham was AMAZING. He came exactly on time and was very professional. I contacted AC Electric on a Monday and spoke with 2 very pleasant individuals - one of them was Nick who reviewed with me over the phone what work was required and the cost and we booked the service for Wednesday. My husband said the electrician who performed the work was punctual, pleasant and proficient. The job was completed and the area (bedroom) cleaned in just over an hour. Excellent service - we would definitely use AC Electric again without hesitation.

I had used AC Electrical before so didn't hesitate recommending them to my mom. The quote to install two outside wall lights was quite reasonable & we were very happy with Nick who arrived on time and did a fantastic job. He even put up new house numbers for my mom & took extra care to make sure they were straight. We will definitely be using Nick again to install some path/garden lights in the near future. I highly recommend this company!!!

Booked with them for same day. Was not impressed with first person and complained. Janelle fixed things and sent Bean in th next morning at 9 on a Saturday. He did an excellent job. Laid down fabric to protect hardwood from ladder. Took away all garbage including old fixtures. Was very impressed with him. Janelle at office was exceptionally helpful. Would recommend to anyone and will use again in future.

I meet with Nick who provided me with expert advise and design for my exterior lighting on my home. The job was done as scheduled, the workers were very pleasant and respectful of my home.

I had contacted 3 companies, and AC Electrical was the only one to stay responsive to my questions or concerns. They were a great company to deal with. They provided upfront and firm pricing just from a picture I had sent them of my original Fuse Panel and were able to perform the work within a few days....which is pretty impressive considering they have to work with the Hydro company to have the power disconnected.

After the install, the electrician helped me find any shorts that were present in my circuits and provided some advice on how to better load my circuits in the future.

Thank you to Helen who responded to our SOS for an electrician for our kitchen renovation! If you need an electrician asap, this is definitely the place to call. Gives me hope that there are still businesses in the GTA who make "Toronto the Good"!
