Samy did a few projects (renovating the office with new ceiling, potlights + electrical work, drywall; rebuilding of the front porch; removing an old fireplace in the living room; rebuilding the plumbing + tub in the laundry room) for me over the past year or so, and I will certainly continue to use his services.
I live in an old house, and it took me a long time and a few mistakes to finally find someone who is reliable and takes pride in doing quality work.
