Troy is very professional and friendly and provides excellent customer service. We had a bird nest within a hole on the exterior wall. He came quickly and realized the problem was because an unused pipe poped out and left a hole there. He pop the pipe back in and sealed around it.

When he was up there he saw another weak spot on the other side , on top of the porch roof. After he fixed the where the bird was nesting, he took time to fix the weak spot too, no extra charge, even though it was not in his job requirement.

Unfortunately the pipe pop out again, Troy came back the day after and sealed it again with a steel cover. Again, excellent customer service.
