Justin was absolutely fantastic. He came the day after I called, within the 2 hour time frame he had said. He was so knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. He put the effective mouse traps throughout our house, and rat traps outside. He put my mind at ease for the first time in a week. I really can't say enough good things about him. He will come back in a month to check on the progress. We are going to keep their card on file for any future problems. Thanks! Alison
