Our project was a complete gut of a 3500 sq ft, 100 year old, 2.5 story home in Toronto.

Paul and Alan came onto our project after we had to part ways with our original contractor. They saved our project.

They are very experienced, trustworthy, and just nice people to work with. They know what they are talking about, and do what they say they are going to do. They have long-standing relationships with high-quality tradesmen (e.g. flooring, tiling, siding). They don't cut corners and corrected things that needed to be. In our case, the included framing, roof, siding, and spray foam - these would have caused MAJOR problems for us down the road if they hadn't been caught and fixed. Paul was onsite more or less every day and was on top of the trades. He was also there to answer the many many questions that we had.

When it came differences in opinion on design/functionality, they walked us through options, and allowed us the freedom to make the final decision on specific details (e.g. railing dimensions, shower glass details).

We really like working with them and wished we had them from the start. They don't have fancy branding and marketing, but they know how to do construction. If we take on another project, we'll definitely be calling them.
