This "reliable" company has been unable to fix our hot water tank for almost a week now: first, it took them 4 full days to realize that they could not fix the tank. Now, 5th day into being without hot water, we are waiting for them to do the tank replacement. The company's too big to be properly managed and it is obviously getting out of handle - lack of communication b\w departments, no clue who does what, not to mention outright misleading. However, they lock clients into a long-term contracts with no right to terminate despite the company's lousy service.
Do not deal with big monsters - most frustrating experience ever!
