Possible the worst customer service I've ever experienced! Techs were late everyday therefore the installation took 4 days to put in air conditioning units in our home. The sales person never followed up after nor did anyone else even after all of the issues we experienced. We were promised features that didn't exist with the units installed which I found out after the installation. Techs showed up with no information or instructions from the Sales person that sold us the Air Con. I had to walk through everything with them and had to hang around during installation missing hours of work. Holes drilled through the wall not filled properly which I discovered and had to point out. Even a mystery hole put through a wall and then was covered up by a plastic plate. The one star is for the Sales Manager that did respond to a few emails. I'm hoping the comfort of having air conditioning makes this experience forgettable and worth it. Unfortunately it hasn't been hot enough yet to try out.
