I joined the Reliance Plumbing Plan last year and have been very happy with the service. I have now had 4 calls to my home and each plumber has been excellent.
Andrew was just here to fix the winterize faucet unit that was supposed to withstand winter conditions but didn't (this unit was not installed by Reliance). Luckily the unit only leaked water when the faucet was opened. Andrew quickly capped off the unit and I rescheduled an appointment for the next day to have a new outside faucet located off the furnace room so I could easily have an accessible shut off.
