There is zero competency around Baxi boilers with RHC. I've had 3 different technicians come to the house and no one knows how to solution a Baxi water heater.
We have had 0 hot water and 0 heat on/off and for the last 5 days. One technician came to add a relay pipe to regulate. Didn't fix the issue. Had one technician come in to just look at the unit. Did nothing.
After Joe, Shawn, and Sean. Apparently there is one person in the entire company who knows how to fix Baxi system named Fadi.
I find it atrocious that a company this large cannot figure out how to fix a tankless system.
I would not recommend any services for RHC. We will not be renewing our contract.
