Reliance Tech Told me Heat Exchanger have a crack but there is none
Sep 4th, i call reliance for service on my furnace not working and tech came on sep 5th and fixed the furnace (wire was lose connection) then he told me my Heat Exchanger have a crack but there is no crack (we find out after we install the new furnace) we open the heat exchanger and find out with new furnace installer
i have this Protection Plan with Reliance over 7 years and paid $1898.40 then when i need a service from them they ask me to change the new furnace. what a waste of money with reliance
