I woke up with my furnace not working at all, after calling reliance a technician Mario visited the same day in the morning explained to me what the problem was recommened that i speak with Frank before spending any money on a 16 year old furnace. That evening Frank came over and was very helpful with explaining the difference payment options with the different types of furnaces. I decided to replace it with a rent furnace and it was installed the very next day.
I'm very happy with the speedy and professionalism with reliance. It's working good and have no complaints. I recommend reliance.
