Heating & Air Conditioning review in
Waterloo
Called in the evening for repair service. On hold a long time.
Appointment made for the next day , between 8-12.
Waited until 1pm and then called to see what was happening, if anything.
On hold for over 4 minutes.
Repair was 'just finishing another job and then will be going over"
I can appreciate people getting held up...but no phone call is what pisses me off. As well as being on hold for extended and unreasonable times.
But if you are "late" by one second with your bill, (as in the robo call you the day before it is due), they sure find time to contact you.
