Adam from Reliance visited our house today, about an hour ago. I asked for a technician to check the setting of my furnace and make sure it is set as a two stage furnace.
In short, Adam was rude, abrupt and unprofessional. He walked by the thermostat and changed the setting (didn't ask me or advise me nor he changed it back to to the original setting). He didn't answer my questions and he to repeat my question. During call someone from Reliance called him and advised him of another appointment and referred to the customer as a "cute little blonde".
I wanted to ask him to leave my property but the appointment was short. He did do the job and appeared to be capable and knowledgable. I even called Reliance and reported the issue to the customer service person. This was the first and last time that I would call Reliance for any service.
