Install new furnace and air conditioner
I was first paid a visit by Reliance rep Murray Stark. He clearly explained all my options in terms I could understand. After I made my decision, Mr Stark then went into the basement and took measurements for the installers. Mr Stark gave expert advise and I felt fortunate for his advise.
The installers showed up on the day and time I asked for. They efficiently and expertly installed my furnace and air conditioner. When they were done, one of them explained everything to me about its operation.
This whole installation from Murray Stark to the the installers was handled better than I could have expected.
