Reliance Home Comfort

My furnace broke on a Sunday night, and was rendered unfixable by my handyman (not surprising as it was 25+ years old.) I called Reliance Tuesday morning and a very knowledgeable and helpful sales person, Darryl, came that evening offering to do the install as early as the next day- wonderful! The crew, Mike & Viji, arrived right on time, surveyed the job (which wasn't going to be easy as my basement access is a trap door in the floor) and needed to call their manager before starting. Because of some safety concerns I ended up needing to have more work done than I expected, but the manager (also named Mike) offered practical, efficient suggestions which the crew was able to seamlessly work into their installation. They completed the job (including cleanup) in 5 hours! I was delighted, and would hire these guys again in a second if necessary.
