Up until recently I would have had nothing but praise for Reliance Home Comfort. They were always a pleasure to deal with, up until about a month ago when my new air conditioner stopped working,
The contractor they sent was more concerned about getting home than finishing the job properly. He overfilled my unit with coolant and failed to replace the part that needed to be replaced. Instead he just taped it up tightly.
A reliance technician came and quickly diagnosed the problem and made arrangements to have the part fixed but due to some miscommunication I still have no air conditioning and have been without it for almost a month...ironically during a heatwave.
Now I have to wait unit August to get it fixed all the while paying for a unit that i am getting no use out of. Very disappointed in this little hiccup, but otherwise a great company to deal with. Hopefully we can come to an amicable resolution.
