I wrote a good review of Reliance back on January 3rd, they stepped up when we had no hot water or heat back in December.
As it was out 4 days, I was promised a 'mixer' for my water tank and three months free by the technician. As it was out for a while we spent a night at a hotel, figuring the free months would offset the cost.
However, despite several emails to the technician and more than 3 months later, no mixer and surprise, when my bill came, no three free months.
This was very disappointing and I expected Reliance to honour their promises, guess you can't trust what they say.
