Today between 7-11 someone from this company was supposed to service my hot water tank which is not working. The service man called my cell phone which unfortunately was on silent which I didn't hear. The service man attended our house, which had my entire family home, walked up to our basement door, NOT my front door and put a notice on WITHOUT knocking. My 6 year old son watched the entire thing. By the time I got to the front door he was driving away. Tried calling back the number that called me with no response, left message no response. How hard is it to knock on a door!?
