Our old furnace was on its last legs. It had given up on us two winters in a row. In both occasions, Reliance sent a technician to fix the old furnace. They did it promptly and efficiently.
On their last visit, the technician recommended that it may be time to think about a new furnace, since the old one was nearing the end of its life cycle.
We got a visit from a very helpful representative, who explained clearly all the options we had available. At no time did we feel pressured to buy a specific unit. We made our decision and a few weeks later we were all set to go.
The whole process was smooth and uneventful. It only took a little longer than expected because they couldn't set up the AC unit outside until the snow melted away. Once it did, they called us to finish setting things up.
