Tagged my furnace after a cleaning 3 days before Christmas. I had no issues with the tagging a a seal was cracked. I scheduled an appointment to have it fixed the next day as there was no heat. I sat around between the agreed upon window (7 am to 11am). No one showed. I called back reliance and the woman on the phone kept asking me if it was about my hot water tank, I informed her it was regarding my furnace...i thought she would have known given they were the ones who tagged the furnace. The had to reschedule the appointment to the next day as a result of the no show....next day: I sat around between the hours of 8am and 1pm (the agreed upon window with reliance)....at 1pm, they were a no show again. Called reliance and i was asked the same questions by the same woman....i reminded her again that Reliance was the company who tagged my furnace...and i sat around for a second day, and a total of 9 hours, and reliance didn't show. She asked if i wanted to reshchedual again. I wasn't interested. I called Francis heating, booked an appointment..with only a two hour waiting window. He showed up on time and solved my problem quickly. Wont use reliance again, neither should you..they subcontract out and it appears their subcontractors don't really care about timeliness or service.
