Our furnace was acting up and needed to be replaced. As we had dealt with Reliance on our rental water heater and furnace protection plan decided to ask them to give us a quote on replacing the furnace and A/C
Within one week everything had been done from receiving the quote to replacing the furnace( Due to the weather the outside work for the A/C will be done in the spring.)
The two Techs who installed the new unit arrive as scheduled and did an excellent job of installing the furnace. Worksite was left clean.They explained the new unit and what remained to be done with the A/C once the weather improves
