Don't rent anything from this company if you don't want to get headache
I terminated my A/C rental agreement with this company 3 months ago. The equipment has been already return to them. However, they don't close the rental account and keep sending me bills month after months. I called the company's customer service many time to ask them close that account and let them know that I don't own them anything. Each time I call, I have to wait for the phone transfer from one agent to another. When they have someone to talk with me, they always promise to fix this issue. But eventually nothing changes. Now they are still send bills to me.
For someone who looks for renting A/C any HVAC equipment, please be advised NOT to do any business with this company.
