So this is an ongoing issue. we currently rent our equipment from reliance.
a failure last week on the system had a tech out over the weekend. he checked it out told us we had a board failure and that he would submit to reliance to get the parts in. was told to expect an email.
with no email in sight from reliance i reached out to enquire and make sure email was correct. to find out there was no info/part order and they had to contact the contractor who came out to see us. that quickly turned into "were going to send a tech out today to investigate" okay cool.
tech calls over an hour early saying he'd like to come early. i informed him an hour early wasn't doable but offered 30 minutes early. he agreed to the new time and hung up. that was hours ago.
Reliance is great, right up until you have issues and then its just a struggle to get anything done correctly. There is no cross communication between departments or their contractors they assign to the work.
all i can say is make sure you document everything to have to take it up with customer support when its over.
