********PATHETIC,PATHETIC,PATHETIC, PATHETIC, PATHETIC SERVICE AND NOTHING ELSE********

They have pathetic services. We met one of the owners Rob, he was very patient and good when sourcing the business, but when it actually came for installation you could see how
unprofessional these people are-
1. On the installation date their workers did not wore shoe covers and I have stains on my carpet
2. As per the contract they had to do the plumbing installation, there plumber never came and when we tried to contact ROB never responded to our calls, than we called his office and the staff said they were not aware plumbing needs to be done. 48 hrs of installation we have left messages for ROB and his staff no one responded to the calls
We finally hired a plumber and got the plumbing completed
3. 3 days later ROB messages and says he was in Florida, where as the granite installer said they have got bigger project.
The granite was not properly installed and rob said will come to my home on Tuesday October 18, but no one showed and never bothered to call back
4. Than there office calls for the balance payment and when I asked them to speak to ROB and disconnected the call. A minute later I receive call from ROB and started by using abusive language and again says to show up on a different date.
I think i would have to get the work done by hiring some one else.
****I would not recommend these people to any one****
Please do not choose to do business with these people

Dear Navinder,

Our business is built on having satisfied clients, so when a client is not happy its upsetting because it negates all the hard work that goes into trying to ensure our client do have a great experience with Select Granite.
I am sorry that you had a bad experience with Select Granite.
I spoke to all involved. According to my people:
1. Installers carry 2nd pair of footwear for interior. They changed shoes at your home.
During the install and the follow up service you mentioned nothing about stained carpets.
2. You cancelled the plumber because you had some concern about the installed countertops.
3. At your request we came for a follow up service and it sounds like we did miss the Tue appointment - but came 2 days later. Nothing wrong was found by the installer. He did apply silicon a top mount sink for a vanity - normally performed by the plumber.
4. Our Ana called you for the balance payment and you got belligerent with her and following this I think that Rob was not in best form when he called you back.

As much as you are not happy with the staff at Select Granite, I understand that you are satisfied with the installed countertops.

We are going through some changes at this time. Our business is growing and we are trying to be better prepared for these changes with new staff and new equipment to futher improve the goods and services we supply.

Your comments are being taken seriously and as a result we have already made some changes in how the exchange with the client is handled to try and avoid this from happening again.
